Were now looking for a Treasury Assistant to support our growth and join our Group Finance team! Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Control, your main goal is to oversee and manage the company's cash management operations, including global cash pool administration, liquidity planning, and handling of daily payments. This role will also be responsible for managing currency exchanges to support operational and strategic goals. The role demands previous experience in similar roles, an analytical mindset, and a detail-oriented approach.

Your key responsibilities include:

Global Cash Management:

Implementation of global multi currency cash pool system

Management and administration of the companys global cash pool

Support in excess liquidity investment decisions

Liquidity Planning:

Develop and execute short-term and long-term liquidity forecasts

Coordinate with the finance team to align liquidity planning with overall financial and corporate needs

Daily Payments Handling:

Manage and execute payment transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and company guidelines

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Customer payouts reconciliation

Reporting:

Reporting and analysis of gains and losses arising from financial items

Reporting of intercompany cash pool balances

Reconciliation of cash pool balances

Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes

Bank reconciliations

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company.

In addition, we humbly request that you hold:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on cash management or related fields.

Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

Working knowledge of financial software applications and banking platforms.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
