Your mission: As a Talent Management Expert, you'll play a pivotal role within our Talent Management team, collaborating closely with our four lines of services to realize our Talent Management ambitions. Your main responsibility will be to translate talent management and development challenges into actionable solutions that align with our business strategy, driving positive outcomes for both our employees and the organization.

Be a part of a team where you will:

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent management needs that align with our strategic objectives;

    Actively participate in global and EMEA initiatives, adapting them to local contexts for seamless integration and effective implementation;

    Design and implement talent strategies that foster employee growth and development while driving business success;

    Provide support and advise to team and unit leaders regarding implementation of talent management strategies, leveraging data-driven insights;

    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management and development initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment;

    Take accountability for leadership and personality assessments;

    Co-create leadership development programs with the Learning & Development team;

    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and development.

Let's talk about you. If you are/have…

    Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any other relevant field;

    Demonstrated talent management or HR experience (5+ years), preferably in an international environment and/ or consulting environment;

    Interest in HR strategy, talent management trends and emerging technologies;

    Proficient project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines;

    Strong communication skills in English;

    Proactive approach to business and adaptable to both independent and team settings;

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;

    Service-oriented mindset fostering long-term partnerships;

    Effective influencer and collaborator at all levels of the organization;

    Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude towards anticipating future needs;

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
