Your responsibilities:
Provide solutions to customer inquiries related to money transfer transactions.
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and quality service.
What you need:
Fluency in Swedish and English.
A solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
