Where You Would Work: Windermere, Balbriggan Co Dublin
Windermere is a residential, which will provide appropriate quality care and support for individuals with an intellectual disability/autism.
Windermere is situated in the town of Balbriggan, North Dublin. We are surrounded by lots of great amenities such as local parks and playgrounds, shopping centres, beaches and a cinema. The service has ample access to public transport such as Dublin Bus and a train station nearby.
Currently Windermere provides care and support to four residents. The role entails providing this individual with care and support throughout all aspects of everyday living. For example, during week days, staff would be required to assist with meal preparation, daily chores and supporting care needs. The role would also involve supporting the individual to attend any scheduled appointments or clubs, meet up with family members etc. The role also involves some administration duties such as completing daily notes, monthly summaries and key working sessions with residents, as well as updating personal plans, risk assessments etc.
Salary Details:
Support Worker
Full time contract available
€27,990 - €38,844 per annum
*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on experience. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of €101.60 per night applies*
