Where You Would Work:  Swan House

Praxis Swan House & Meenalig Navan provides residential care to adults with intellectual disability, autism, mental health diagnosis and behaviours of concern. In Navan we strive to ensure that each resident has a service tailored to their needs and that is person centered. Residents have a dedicated key working team who are there to support each resident in achieving their goals, dreams and aspirations. Resident rights and choice are promoted within scheme with residents been actively involved in their homes and community. Staff are visitors in the resident’s home and therefore must practice the values of dignity and respect at all times. Staff are provided with all mandatory training along with scheme specific training to ensure that staff have the knowledge and skill base required to support each resident.

Salary Details:

Support Worker    

Full time contract available    

€27,990 - €38,844 per annum *

(Dependant on qualification)

*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualification/experience.  Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of €90.60 per night applies*
