About Us: Renmore Gymnastics Club is a vibrant, non-profit sports organisation dedicated to fostering a love for gymnastics in individuals of all ages and skill levels. Our team is dynamic, energetic, and passionate. We are seeking a Support Team Lead to join our enthusiastic team and play a pivotal role in our operations.

Job Description: We are looking for an organised &  energetic individual to take on the role of Support Team Lead. This role requires at least two years of experience in leading or managing an office environment. Financial or payroll experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be proactive, honest, people-oriented, and flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Training:

Train and supervise the Club Support Team.

Act as the first point of escalation for reception staff, providing guidance and support.

Administrative & Financial Support:

Administrate membership processes including new enrollments, transfers, drops, and absences.

Oversee G.I. uploads and cross-check invoices for memberships, competition entries, etc.

Managing and maintaining trackers.

Membership Relations:

Communicate with members through our hi email account.

Ensure timely responses to membership inquiries and issues.

iClass Management:

Create and manage classes, camps, events, and other activities within the iClass system.

General Club Support:

Order supplies, schedule service calls, and ensure the smooth operation of the club.

Manage the RGC Club Shop, including stock control and order fulfilment.

Staff Support:

Organise travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.

Handle cover arrangements, and respond to general staff inquiries.

Reception Cover:

Provide reception cover as required.

Perform reception duties including printing rolls and responding to inquiries.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years’ experience in a leadership or management role within an office environment.

Financial or payroll experience is a significant advantage.

Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of honesty and integrity.

Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in office software and ability to quickly learn new systems.
