Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

We will strengthen our Central Supply Chain Organization and seek a confident and enthusiastic Project Coordinator who will work across the organization to secure that considerations related to Supply Chain are part of all relevant projects.

Central Supply Chain is responsible for connecting process steps along the chain, from raw material purchase, through coating and converting and all the way to the customer. Core focus are the Sales & Operation process, as well as inbound and outbound logistics.

We are looking for you who have some experience with Sales & Operation processes and Project execution and would like to develop those skills within our organization.

You are motivated by working with people in an organization that have high demands on quality and efficiency, but at the same time have focus on being a sustainable company to leave the product unchanged and the planet unharmed.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Coordinating phase in/out of products through our Supply Chain
  • Support the forecasting process of new/obsolete products
  • Supply Chain representative in product development- and change projects and contribute with Supply Chain considerations and consequence analysis
  • Participate in standardization initiatives in collaboration with our technical process owners
  • Participate in projects related to digitalization of our processes
  • Interface between product development- and change projects and our master data team
  • Maintenance of internal Service Level Agreement for packaging material

Personal profiles and background

  • Well organized, positive and self-driven with curiosity and enthusiasm
  • Good understanding of technical processes
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to handle complex issues
  • Bachelor/Master or equivalent within the area of Supply Chain
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Good Excel skills and a general knowledge of Office 365
  • Experience in working with ERP-systems (SAP), as well as general interest in digitalization is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (main working language)
