Supply Chain Business Analyst (m/w/d)

**Aim of this position**

Optimize and enhance business performance, specifically focusing on the supply chain at the pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

**Your responsibilities will be the following**

1. Enhance Data Utilization: Connect and analyze data from various sources to create insightful dashboards and KPIs using tools like Power BI and SAP BW.

2. Drive Operational Improvements: Identify and address areas where performance may not align with business objectives, driving initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a communication link between different organizational layers to ensure clarity and alignment on priorities and performance metrics.

4. Change Leadership: Lead and support change initiatives, helping the organization adapt to new business environments and practices.

5. Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain a governance model for reporting and alerting, ensuring ongoing monitoring and improvement of business processes.

6. Team Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

**Your background and experience should include**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.

• Significant experience (typically 5-10 years) in a business analyst role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or a similarly highly regulated industry.

• Proven experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools, specifically Power BI and SAP BW.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and lead them to successful completion.

• Proficiency in data integration and analysis.

• Strong understanding of dashboard and KPI creation.

• Familiarity with requirements gathering and process modeling.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Leadership and change management capabilities, including the ability to mentor and coach team members.

• In-depth knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 9001 standards.

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to document processes and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

• Flexibility and adaptability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities.

• A proactive and results-driven mindset.

• Ability to build and maintain broad alliances and networks within and outside the organization.
