You will join a team of 10 colleagues in Project Controlling, Business Controlling, and Business Finance at GlobalConnect. The team and company possess high competence, offering excellent development opportunities. Successes are celebrated together, and flexibility in work schedules is valued.

You will compile and analyze forecasted project data and assist with project data administration. You will identify and implement improvement measures, such as streamlining processes and automating workflows, gaining experience in data analysis, process optimization, and project management. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, building relationships and understanding company operations.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

You will support and guide construction managers in project monitoring, manage forecasting processes, drive data-driven improvements, handle financial closures, and support the business function.

* Handling contractor invoices, cost control, and installation volumes  

* Reviewing and compiling forecast data  

* Verifying financial calculations for investment decisions  

* Coordinating forecasting processes and follow-up activities  

* Conducting analyses and improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and quality

VI SÖKER DIG SOM

* University degree in economics

* Knowledge in Qlik or Power BI

* Knowledge in Excel

* Process optimization skills

* Fluent in English

It is meritorious if you have:

- Knowledge in SQL

- Fluent in Swedish

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
