Your next challenge:

* Identify, evaluate, plan and support the execution of BIL's strategic initiatives as a part of the bank's strategic plan

* Facilitate sessions/workshops to structure strategic initiatives with key business stakeholders across all levels of the organization

* Research markets, competitors, and macro events to identify potential trends and develop robust and concise analyses and recommendations

* Create reports, presentations and updates for the Board and Executive Management

* Perform other ad hoc projects as required

Your skills:

* A strategic thinker with strong execution skills

* Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in the field of strategy and/or corporate finance gained at an investment bank, consulting firm or BIG4

* Bachelor's or Master's degree

* Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills

* Proficient oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage.

* Team-player with a positive & solution-orientated attitude

* Eager to learn, to develop and to share
