Strategy, Partners & Relations Manager (on site)

The POSITION / About YOU:

We are looking for a Strategy, Partners & Relations Manager (minimum 5 years' experience) to manage strategic topics and align them with company goals, particularly for our LYNKS bank & account management platform and other product lines. The role involves building relations with institutions and industry bodies, contributing to working groups, and overseeing partnerships for feature supply and product distribution. You will conduct potential analysis and competition benchmarking, centralising payments industry expertise to support strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to managing partnerships, onboarding partner banks, maintaining relations with key institutions, and analysing and monitoring relevant regulatory evolutions with a business focus to identify opportunities and integrate them into the product strategy.

With us you will handle and focus on:

• Strategy Leadership: Oversee strategic topics and ensure alignment with company goals, particularly for the LYNKS bank & account management platform and other product lines.

• Relations with Institutions and Industry Bodies: Build and maintain relations with institutions and industry bodies; contribute to working groups and committees.

• Partnerships Management: Oversee partnerships for feature supply and product distribution, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with suppliers and distribution partners to enhance product offerings and market reach.

• Analysis and Payments Expertise: Conduct potential analysis and competition benchmarking; centralise and manage expertise in the payments industry to support strategic initiatives and improve product offerings.

• Partnerships and Regulatory Analysis: Contribute to managing partnerships with product, feature, and distribution partners, onboarding and managing partner banks, and maintaining relations with key institutions. Analyse and monitor relevant regulatory evolutions with a business focus to identify opportunities and integrate them into the product strategy.

What we expect from you…

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a role where you were involved in business and/or product strategy, ideally in professional payments, for a SaaS product and/or in the Luxembourg financial industry

• Experience in communicating with banks and financial industry stakeholders, understanding their perspectives, needs and goals would be an advantage

• Languages: (Very) good command of English with solid writing skills is a must, French would be an asset, and so would be German or Luxembourgish

• Desire to work in a fast-paced innovation-driven company, working with the company's founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects
