We are looking for an exceptional Store Manager!

Main Responsibilities/Duties:

Develop store sales strategies and be responsible for achieving sales targets.

Ensure employment contracts, safety measures, and other regulations are always adhered to in the store, complying with all government regulations affecting the store.

Lead, train, and develop staff, ensuring continuous team growth and improvement.

Strictly control expenses, ensuring spending occurs only for justified reasons and kept to a minimum.

Oversee retail development, scheduling, and respond to local market trends that may affect the store.

Sales:

Create and use dashboards to analyze KPIs and ensure targets are met.

Ensure all team members drive sales at every opportunity.

Ensure customers return with polite and professional service.

Exceed targets whenever possible.

Customer Service:

Maintain customer loyalty by providing first-class service.

Motivate and train the team to offer courteous, attentive, and responsible advice to customers.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests promptly, politely, and objectively.

Collect and process customer feedback to improve customer service and satisfaction.

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain high visual standards in the store.

Attract, engage, and motivate customers to purchase in-store.

Ensure all new and promotional products are visible and correctly positioned.

Update seasonal, promotional, and themed product displays.

Product Management:

Source new products and phase out slow-selling items.

Order, receive, and display products based on sales and stock levels.

Control inventory efficiently, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure accurate data.

Keep the warehouse organized and products easy to find.

Ensure all products are correctly priced.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in children's product retail management.

Experience in leading and motivating a team.

Excellent time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
