**Position Overview:**

Hotel Silberhorn & Spa, a renowned hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Swiss Alps in Wengen, is seeking a dedicated and reliable **Steward** to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and food service areas, contributing to the smooth running of our hotel and delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure all kitchen and dishwashing areas are kept clean, hygienic, and organized.

- Wash and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to hotel standards.

- Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks, such as food preparation and cleaning duties.

- Ensure waste management procedures are followed, including the proper disposal of garbage and recycling.

- Help maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and food service areas.

- Support in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to provide excellent guest experiences.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role is a plus but not required.

- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

- Team player with good communication skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, during the winter season.

- Legal right to work in Switzerland or valid work permit for the winter season.
