Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Support Leadership: Assist the Director of Care, Clinical Nurse Manager, and Senior Staff Nurse in their duties.

Maintain Standards: Uphold professional and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality resident care.

Delegation: Delegate tasks to junior colleagues based on their knowledge, experience, and skills, always prioritizing residents' best interests.

Team Collaboration: Work cohesively within the team, recognizing and valuing each member's contributions.

Requirements:

Experience: Ideally, one year of experience as an RGN (Registered General Nurse), though not mandatory.

Registration: Must be fully registered with the NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).
