HR Advisor – HR Document Design (Betriebswirt/in (Hochschule) - Personalmanagement)

Stellenangebotsbeschreibung:

- Develops HR document templates in ESCRIBA Designer in line with corporate and legal standards

- Develops content, IT structures and the logic behind it

- Shapes the document creation experience for ESCRIBA Composer users

- Processes incoming change requests for documents

- Develops and performs system and process tests regarding efficiency and quality

- Manages and administrates content of existing documents in response to new corporate policies, laws and regulations, and changes in the corporate structure/hierarchy when requested

- Performs troubleshooting for ESCRIBA Composer users

- Facilitates communication between different parties

- Suggests and develops system, workflow and process improvements

- Initiates research for different parties (PM, operational teams, lawyers, managers) and acts as

a consultant for the document creation process

- Develops correspondence between different existing IT tools and systems

- Develops and updates internal procedures and process descriptions

- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

- 2 years of professional experience

- Experience in SAP (HR), content management or editorial/translation work would be an asset
