Chef De Partie (CDP) required in a restaurant located in Wicklow

Applicant must have over 2 years high level experience, with the responsibility for supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy restaurant. Applicant must deliver consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorisation are not received. Also ensure the highest standard and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

Must be fluent in English.

Annual Salary €35,000
