Sous Chef required in a restaurant located in Wicklow.

Applicant must have over 5 years high level experience in a busy restaurant with the ability of being in charge of the kitchen when the head chef is not around. Ensuring high culinary standards are met.

Keeping the kitchen environment safe and hygienic. Assisting the head chef when it comes to writing menus and creating new recipes.

Being in charge of the purchasing and storage of food.

Must be fluent in English.

Annual Salary €40,000
