Description:

5 Years previous experience in a similar background and role

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen

Assist with planning and executing banquet and wedding functions

Assist with menu development and execution

To support effectively and positively the operational changes, policies and procedures with direct reporting to the hotel Executive Head Chef as required

Haccp Knowledge and Training

Certification from a recognised body is preferred

Basic Computers and Fluent English

Ability to work as a team player

Flexibility to work with other disciplines within the Kitchen
