Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and optimisation of customer engagement workflows on our educational website.

Collaborate with marketing and UX/UI teams to improve user journey and interaction.

Implement and manage tools to track and enhance customer engagement.

Analyse user data to identify and address engagement bottlenecks.

Ensure seamless integration of engagement features with the learning platform.

Oversee the security and performance of engagement tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, online marketing or computer science;

Proven experience in software management with a focus on customer engagement.

Strong understanding of web technologies and user experience design.

Excellent project management and analytical skills.

Proficient in Chinese and English communication
