Location: Limerick

Sodexo have a fantastic new opportunity in Limerick for an experienced GXP Cleaning and Services Manager to join and lead our onsite team.

Working at our prestigious pharmaceutical client site at the largest greenfield pharma site development, you will be responsible for managing our large Cleaning Services and Security teams.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for and manage Sodexo Soft Services on site to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance.

Overseeing the GXP cleaning and wider soft service teams and sub-contractors within the site, you will allocate work to, and manage personnel ensuring the required work complies with Sodexo’s & the Client standards.

  Experience and knowledge requirement for this role

Industry acumen and knowledge of cleaning services ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or within a GXP standards/compliance environment.

Proven experience in working and leading within a Cleaning & wider Soft Services team.

Strong people management and development.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on, practical attitude.

Experienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives.

  Good use of the English language (written and spoken).

Computer literacy to include Microsoft applications.
