Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, competent, creative individual with an interest in healthcare and a love of working with social media, digital marketing and building connections. As the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for all our social media platforms, helping grow our audience, build brand awareness, and boost engagement.

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

Daily posting and scheduling of engaging text, image and video content on our social media platforms [Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube]

Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries

Develop e-newsletters to support and inspire our members and network

Help design marketing materials for digital & print

Updating the website with recent news and product information

Collaborate with our Knowledge teams regularly and support key campaigns with social media collateral

Assist in organising events such as webinars, workshops, presentations & conferences and tracking ROI on such events and presentations

Work with the Business Development Manager to define and implement a yearly marketing plan per channel and event.

Track and optimise advertising campaigns [paid & organic], and report progress to the Business Development Manager

Report on the latest digital marketing / social media trends. Explore using new technology and applications to expand our organisation’s social media presence.

Develop key metrics with appropriate monitoring and management, including follower growth, reach, and engagement rate. Provide monthly and quarterly reports, including full analysis and interpretation of data on key metrics and deliver insights for business decisions.

Requirements and Competencies

University degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a social media/marketing role

Good marketing knowledge: up to date with the latest developments

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices

Good understanding of social media KPIs

Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Familiarity with web design and publishing tools

Able to use Canva/adobe/photoshop or similar to create engaging content for social media

Basic videography skills

Good time-management skills

Able to travel locally (and occasionally internationally)

Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities

Strong organisation and communication skills

Must be self-motivated, be able to exercise initiative, and work independently

Ability to multi-task on a variety of tasks and assignments

Ability to analyse and interpret data

Attention to detail and quality
