Skilled Butchers/Boners. Irlanda

The Smokin Butcher Ltd are recruiting Skilled Butchers/Boners for their site at Hayestown, Navan, Co Meath.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Cut,,trim and prepare meat to meet specifications

Packing and preparing meat

Packing,,palletising and despatching product

Receiving and unloading materials

Managing production targets

A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a skilled butchers/boners role essential

Remuneration is  €34,000 per annum based on a 39 hour week
