Site Foreman

The Project

We are looking for a site foreman to support us in the building of Køge University Hospital. As Site Foreman you will be working on a range of tasks and truly take part in an extensive project.

A site foreman does a variety of different jobs, but some of their duties might include:

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Supervise and train workers
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

What we are looking for:

A Site Foreman to join us with these characteristics:

• Previous experience in construction projects (required);
• High performing with attention to details
• Can speak and understand English
• 3 years’ experience

Qualifications:

• Work experience as a site foreman

About Køge Hospital Project Team I/S (KHPT):khpt

is a joint venture between Itinera and CMB, two Italian companies with experience in building hospitals.

The Køge Hospital Project is an expansion of the already existing University Hospital in Køge, which will include a complete renovation. When the renovation is complete, it will open to extended special departments, along with new departments for research, which will gather Zealand University Hospital under one single roof. When the work is finished, the hospital will be 195.000 sq.m.
