Due to Aludyne's remarkable growth, they are currently looking for Shotblast Operators, also known as Blasters! Do you want to work full-time in a 3-shift rotation and earn an excellent salary of €18.90 gross per hour, including shift allowance? Take a look at this vacancy now! As a Shotblast Operator, you are responsible for enhancing the quality of auto parts through sandblasting. You hang the products on a rack, which you then blast with sand. This process makes the metal more resilient and increases its hardness. The products weigh approximately 0.5 to 20 kilograms, with 80% of them weighing less than 5 kilograms. Additionally, you perform logistical tasks such as moving pallets using an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) and securing the pallets for customer delivery.

To apply for the role of Shotblast Operator, you should meet the following requirements:

- Reside in the Oss region and have your own transportation to reach Aludyne's location.

- Be available for the 3-shift rotation (06:00 - 14:30 / 14:30 - 23:00 / 23:00 - 06:00).

- Be open to a full-time, long-term employment commitment.

If you have prior production experience, such as working as a production worker, machine operator, or metalworker, it is a plus.
