1. Operations Management:

     Manage and oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.

     Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies and equipment, and maintain stock to meet demand.

     Ensure that the shop adheres to all food safety and health regulations.

     Handle and resolve any operational issues that may arise during daily operations.

2. Team Leadership:

     Recruit, train, and manage a team of baristas and support staff.

     Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

     Provide ongoing training and development to staff in customer service, coffee preparation, and shop procedures.

     Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

3. Customer Service:

     Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints, suggestions, and feedback.

     Create a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

     Promote and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality control and personal interactions.

4. Health & Safety Compliance:

     Ensure that all equipment is maintained properly and kept in good working order.

     Adhere to and enforce health, safety, and hygiene policies in line with local regulations.

     Train staff on safety protocols and procedures.
