Are you our new Service Manager at Kanagawa Sushi? As a Service Manager, you have a comprehensive understanding and responsibility for the processes in the restaurant for the day. Working closely with your amazing colleagues, you ensure that our guests have an unforgettable sushi experience!

Daily life as a Service Manager

You will always be at the forefront of hospitality and ensure that guests are wowed when they visit Kanagawa Sushi. Before opening, you will prepare the restaurant and develop operational plans. When you meet your colleagues, you are the one who leads and assigns tasks for the day. You are on the floor talking to guests and colleagues.

We want you to have a natural brilliance and a high level of service, preferably with industry experience. At the same time, if you have management experience is also an advantage, but most importantly you have leadership potential, which we can build on. In addition, you are outgoing, confident, positive, able to spread good mood and motivate colleagues.

Given the staffing of our team and the needs of daily work, we expect you to be fluent in  Danish, English and Chinese communications. It will be an advantage if you have higher education.

Your main tasks:

You will be responsible for the team for the day and have a comprehensive understanding of the progress of the restaurant for the day.

You will work and coordinate with your manager on the operation of the restaurant.

You will always strive to achieve the goal of making guests feel satisfied and willing to come back

Be responsible for music-themed restaurant related matters in the future

We have plans to develop Kanagawa Sushi into a music-themed restaurant in the future. If you have music-related knowledge or educational background and can give us appropriate and innovative inspiration and solutions in designing and planning a music-themed restaurant, and complete the daily service and operation of the restaurant on this basis, it will be an important advantage.
