Senior Transfer Agent Officer (m/f). Luxemburgo

Department: Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency

Job Description: IQ EQ is searching for a Senior Transfer Agent to reinforce the financial department which comprises of the following duties and responsibilities:

• Strong customer relationships with existing and new clients

• Gain insight into client and investor needs

• Responsible for the management of TA tasks/deliverable planning

• Coaching and supervising Junior staffs

• Review transactions/orders and link with KYC team

• Meet regulatory obligations

• Use your own judgment to highlight any significant finds

• Put forward any recommendations to help the team find an appropriate solution

• Work closely with your colleagues to on-board our new clients

• Manage complex matters like Private Equity and Real Estates profit distribution schemes

• Have the capacity and desire to work with some of our larger client portfolios.

• Maintenance of different registers for the companies and investors in different systems

• Prepare and review of calculations, notices for capital call, distribution and equalisation.

• Prepare and review of Capital Account statements, contract notes and be involved in financial reporting tasks

• Handling distribution payments

• Be involved in audit work by producing registers and TA confirmations

• Attend investor queries and update of static data of the investors

• Managing switch and transfer requests

• Involve in the FATCA/CRS reporting and CSSF reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics or Finance,

• At least 5 years experience in TA exposure

• Experience in Alternative Investment Fund in Luxembourg (private equity, real estate funds, infrastructure, debt funds)

• Languages: fluent in English (German and/or French is an advantage)
