As part of the Group Bank & Client Tax department, your mission will consist in supporting the analysis and monitoring of the tax aspects of the different activities under the responsibility of the department as well as actively acting as tax advisor to the business lines of Quintet Luxembourg and all the entities of the Group.

Key Accountabilities

    Perform regulatory watches on all topics relating to Wealth taxation and share information within the Group

    Support the Tax Reporting and Tax Operation teams in all tax analysis and specific case requirements

    Act as competence center for Quintet Luxembourg and its entities with regard to the obligations imposed by the US regulations « QI » and « FATCA » : US withholding Tax, annual reporting, due diligence rules (“know-your-customer”)

    Act as competence center for Quintet Luxembourg and its entities with regard to the obligations imposed by the EU and international regulations related to the Exchange Of Information (OECD Common Reporting Standards)

    Act as tax advisor for the implementation and the monitoring of processes related to the taxes withheld by Quintet Luxembourg (Relibi, TOB, French lump-sum levies)  

    Provide advice on taxation of assets for internal use  

    Participate in the implementation of the company's strategy and procedures in tax matters

    Develop and maintain a network of tax advisors in Luxembourg and abroad mainly in the countries where Quintet is active

Knowledge and Experience

    Minimum Bac + 4  

    Minimum 10 years experience in Tax Advisory or in a same function

    Deep knowledge of Wealth Individual taxation, QI & FATCA & CRS requirements and financial instruments & banking services
