Senior Supply Planner Commercial EMEA (m/f) (1-year temporary contract)

The opportunity:

We are currently looking for Supply Planner Commercial EMEA to join our team in Luxembourg (1-year temporary contract). On this position you will :

• Establish and control a rolling 13 weeks supply tactical plan and mid-long term strategic plan (15 months) for responsible EMEA plants by using the Production Planning functionalities within SAP APO.

• Full responsibility to maintain SKU availability by using OBS (Order based signal) and Factory Warehouse demand to secure customer supply. Initiate regular Plant communication / Visits to identify future supply issues (Bottleneck analysis) and actions.

• Establish and execute planning strategies aligned with the Global Principles and EMEA inventory model; Run Cycle Strategy; Prebuild Strategy and  scenario planning for S&OP/AOP and all other related business processes by using SAP APO functionality. Strong operational link to the respective Regional and Local manufacturing teams

• Fully support for the further Production Planning/Supply Network Planning-enhancements and improvement to stabilize the process / integration between Demand Sensing and Demand Distribution Planning. Improve further Master data reliability and communicate to the involved departments the requested adjustments to guarantee  continuous Master Data availability.

• Drive specific projects in the area of System and process improvements or linked to regional initiatives linked to strategic and tactical initiatives impacting or requiring work stream leads / Business Process Excellence in Supply Planning area. Or Planning large size manufacturing side after experience in small/ medium size manufacturing planning.

Education:

The candidate should at least be in possession of a High school  / College degree or equivalent working experience.

Languages:

English is a must, any additional language is an asset.

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years experience on Supply Chain Planning or Production Planning ( in automotive environment) is an asset;  SAP/APO experience is an asset.

• Having experience in multiple Production Site planning and interplant knowledge and experience.
