In this position, you will be part of the Relationship Management Department.

Key responsibilities:

Client relations

 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs

 Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.

 Analyze client financial needs and objectives to recommend tailored financial solutions, products, and services

 Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies that enhance client engagement and service delivery.

 Run regular service review meetings and/or conference calls with the client and internal departments.

 Advise clients on sustainability and ESG best practices, helping them to integrate these principles into their operations and strategies

 Attend board meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.

Operations coordinator

 Establish clear and consistent communication channels between client relations and operations teams

 Act as a central point of contact between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals

 Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of new projects (e.g. launch of new funds, liquidation, migration, etc.)

 Communicate project and service updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members

 Develop and implement effective cross-selling strategies to introduce new services to clients

 Conduct regular consultations with clients to assess their current use of services and identify potential gaps that new services can fill

 Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings

Qualifications:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in the fund industry. Prior experience with another Manco is an advantage

 Good knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Funds.

 Strong understanding of sustainability and ESG principles, regulations, and best practices

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

 Experience with CRM software

 Fluent in English and in French.
