Senior Recruitment Consultant

(Temporary & Contracts division)

You will have the opportunity to work with our exceptional client base, where we have many exclusive and highly engaged partnerships, as well as developing your desk further, and bringing in new business.

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment delivery team supporting our clients across temporary and contract recruitment.

This role is focused on ensuring you are driving delivery and building relationships. Maintaining a Client First approach every time and finding the talent our clients need in the time they need it.  

Key Responsibilities

•    Build personal network of candidate and client contacts.

•    Consistent delivery of targets and fees

•    Develop, maintain, and manage client contacts

•    Demonstrate strong client development and relationship activity including building client relationships, attend networking events and similar, research and marketing

•    Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area

•    Support Monthly business reviews /QBIs

•    Support the Life Sciences leads

•    Supporting the wider Life Sciences team on delivery across all our clients

•    Provide coaching and mentoring support to Associates, Consultants, and other colleagues.

•    Participate and contribute to business and financial performance reporting and reviews.

Requirements:

•    2+ years Previous recruitment experience

•    Life Sciences or Engineering recruitment, or industry, experience a distinct advantage (not essential)

•    Ability to thrive in a target driven, sales environment

•    Enjoys sales, business development and engaging with people

•    An entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic

•    Well organised and process driven

•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•    Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment  

Office Location:  Hybrid model (Dublin Office ,Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04X4C9. 2 days per week minimum).

Working Hours: 9 – 530, Monday – Friday. Cpl have numerous work life balance policies which apply also.

Contract type: Permanent (subject to standard probationary period)

Salary: €30,000 minimum, salary will be commensurate with experience. Commission will also apply.
