- Managing applications and services in the respective area

- Ensuring a smooth operation of the respective IT applications

- Supporting and consulting internal LGBS business units and customers

- Continuous monitoring of interfaces and automated processes

- Driving automation and digitization

- Acting as primary contact for IT-related issues

- Collecting requirements and designing solutions with the respective teams and service providers

- SLAs and provider management

- Taking a lead role in onboarding applications within the organization

- Acting as product manager for selected IT applications, including budget and controlling functions

- Taking responsibility for the IT demand management and operation of applications shared among LH Group: DocuSign, Clarity, CR360

- Taking responsibility and ownership for the IT demand management and operation of SaaS applications

- Acting as product manager for selected IT applications

- Assessing technical solution alternatives (infrastructure, applications etc.)

- Ensuring the quality of the product assets

- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Ihr Profil:

- Master/Bachelor degree

- +5 years of experience:

- in IT / supporting respective business functions with focus on SaaS applications

- with responsibility for business-critical IT systems.

- in analyzing and translating business / functional requirements

- Provider/Contract management

- Capability to organize transition of technological solution design into operational Service Management

- Experience in monitoring interfaces and automated processes

- Ability to communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical prospects

- Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written)

- Experience with IT documentation maintenance

- Experience in customizing and conceptual design of IT solutions

- Knowledge of IT project management methodologies

- Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- High precision

- Pro-activeness

- Experience in change management
