Hos FMC Site Rønland søger vi en engageret Reliability Engineer til vores vedligeholdelsesafdeling, hvor du vil spille en central rolle i at forbedre pålideligheden af vores produktionsudstyr.

Dine opgaver

Som Reliability Engineer vil du indgå i et specialiseret team, hvor du vil arbejde tæt sammen med andre faggrupper for at optimere vedligeholdelsesstrategierne. Dine primære opgaver vil inkludere:

• Udvikling af vedligeholdelsesstrategier for kritisk udstyr og optimering af eksisterende processer.
• Udførelse af Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for at forebygge fejl og minimere nedetid.
• Træning af kollegaer i pålidelighedsprincipper og udbredelse af 'best practices'.

Dine kvalifikationer Vi søger dig, der har:

• En uddannelse som maskiningeniør, maskinmester eller lignende.
• Mindst 3 års erfaring fra et 24/7 produktionsmiljø.
• Erfaring med forebyggende vedligehold (PM), Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) og SAP er foretrukket.
• En struktureret og analytisk tilgang til opgaverne, og som trives i en dynamisk hverdag.
