-Responsibilities-

In your new role you will:

· *Interdisciplinary project-team managemen**t *across various Infineon

sites with *focus on power management, ADC, DCDC* and *radar applications

projects*

· *Responsibility for the project budget, the time- and resource-plan* as

well as continuous* controlling of the project risks *and *regular

reporting *to department and division head

· *Technical support of the project team* and *decision-making*

· *Motivation of the project team*

· *Proactive communication* with different internal and external project

partners

-Your Profile-

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

· *A university/university of applied sciences degree *in* Electrical

Engineering, Microelectronics* or comparable

· More than *10 years of work experience *and *at least more than 5 years

of experience in project-management* (ideally within the semiconductor

industry)

· Deep *technical background in electronics*

· Deep *understanding of the development flow of complex mixed signal

developments*

· A *process-oriented way of working* as well as *outstanding

communication skills*

· *Agile mindset, stress resistant* and *out-of-the box thinking

capability*

· *Fluent English skills* with German as a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your

with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the

electrical and electronics industry, employment group H-I

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation

depending on your expertise and skills.
