Senior Electrical Engineer – M&M role, Esbjerg / Copenhagen (Denmark), Aberdeen (UK) or gdynia (POland)

Your position 

In your on-shore position as a Senior Electrical Engineer - M&M role in the Consulting Services team you will be a valuable member of a dedicated team whose mission is to support our clients to achieve success in their energy projects within energy infrastructure within oil & gas.

Your place of work will be either at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg or at one of our locations in Copenhagen, Poland or UK. 

The position is full-time and 10 - 50 travel days per year offshore and onshore to clients should be expected.

The set-up

You will be hired as a Semco Maritime employee and work in a team dedicated to one of our national or international customers.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Senior Electrical Engineer - M&M role your tasks and responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

• Estimating, weight and cost reporting. 
• Following up and reporting to client. 
• Establish Target sum, Evaluated Cost estimate, 
• Client Budget follow-up, and client Forecasting.
• Collecting Experience Figures, Deviation analysis (Estimate vs. as-built figures), Financial task close out. 
• Assist task lead in commercial matters in M&M projects such as Change control and Risk management.

The tasks will depend on the specific client's needs. 

Your profile & qualifications 

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer  profile who can deal with strategic thinking and have a pro-active approach to solve problems who is passionate about methods in multidiscipline projects to leave their personal mark on the tasks. You have a proactive and organized approach to your work and are eager to contribute to our clients and your team's success.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Interested in method and working processes applied in multidiscipline project work.
• Comfortable working with Excel and other web-based tools.
• A proactive problem solver with the right attitude and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working both in a team and independently. 
• Ability to work systematically and with great accuracy.
• Profound user Excel and Microsoft Office. 
• English communication skills both orally and in writing at a professional level. 
• Knowledge of Office, MIPS and TIME.
• Have PEM Knowledge.
• Have experience with quantity.
• Have a commercial mindset.
