Senior Business Development Manager - Danish Market (M/F)

Your next challenge:You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and intermediaries from and in Denmark. The position is based in Luxembourg and you will report to the Head of Northern Europe.

* Acquiring new clients clients, and increasing ROA

* Detect client needs and preferences and offer appropriate products and services (financial, legal and tax products)

* Ensure that client instructions are well executed to guarantee a high level of service

* Coordinate client events (conferences and sponsored activities) and organize key actions to acquire new clients

* Keep abreast of developments in financial markets and make sure the bank's investment strategy is properly implemented

Your skills:

* 5+ years of experience in Private Banking in focused on Danish (U)HNWIs

* Business development experience and expertise

* Strong knowledge of the products and services in Private Banking/Wealth Management

* Relevant University Degree education

* CFA / CAIA / CISI or other related financial certifications are seen as an advantage

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships.

* A high level of integrity and ethics

* Proven negotiation skills

* Fluent in English & Danish

* Strongly client and results focus orientation

* Motivated to be part of a team - working well with internal stakeholders

* Willingness and ability to travel
