The Senior Business Development Manager – Luxembourg HUB is responsible for and oversees the institutional relationships with Luxembourg based entities (existing and new). Operating locally and

responsible for facilitating the relationships between partners, promoting and enhancing the company's positioning and developing strategic, cross-market plans and initiatives for the Luxembourg based partners.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

As Senior Business Development Manager – Luxembourg HUB you are responsible for strategic partnerships with financial institutions and intermediaries that recognise the value of offering wealth planning solutions to their high net worth clients. In addition to creating new and deepening existing relationships, you drive the process of creating solutions that meet clients' wealth and estate planning needs and develop and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with the different Sales Country Heads and Relationship Managers across all markets covered by Lombard International Group.

The Senior Business Development Manager – Luxembourg HUB is essentially the coordinator between Lombard International Assurance, the financial institutions, intermediaries & asset managers in

Luxembourg. This role's main focus is to deepen, develop and expand a network of partners on the Luxembourg market place. One of the main responsibilities is to create strategic alliances in the interest of

Lombard's business development.

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Senior Business Development Manager?

Extensive experience in an external facing role within the insurance and/or financial services industry in Luxembourg, supported by a sound knowledge of wealth planning solutions;

Clear affinity with the compliance, tax and legal context of the high net worth segment;

Professional experience of UHNW client and partner meetings and strong understanding of business

etiquette is a prerequisite;

Professional experience of business development activities within the private banking and/or wealth

management industry with a strong focus on institutional;

Entrepreneurial with strong commercial and organizational skills;

A hands-on attitude, creative thinker, driven to achieve successful solutions while continuously

displaying commercial awareness;

Ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team and to prioritize tasks, exhibiting strong

decision-making skills;

Results oriented and networking skills;

Attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines;

Strong analytical, numerical and project management skills;

Linguistically skilled, strong communication & presentation skills;

Fluency in English and/or French is key, any other European language would be an advantage.
