Senior Associate in Learning & Development and Professional Qualifications

Your mission: As an experienced senior in the Assurance L&D team, you will participate in all activities supporting the learning path of our Assurance staff and PDM, as well as help them in to get the required certification which is a key aspect of our profession.

Be a part of our team where you will:  

    Constantly interact with key stakeholders (PwC's employees, PwC's decision makers, qualification providers, stream support services …);

    Work on internal and external processes and administrative tasks to ensure proper registration and maintenance of the trainings & professional qualifications of our employees;

    Work on targeting and follow-up processes of our assurance training plan;

    Contribute to the training & professional qualification strategy of our PSP employees;

    Follow-up progress and budget, and produce relevant reporting/data analysis;

    Contribute to the transformation of our processes to make them more efficient;

    Contribute to the review, improvement and implementation of the relevant qualification policies for our different line of services  (audit, tax and advisory);

    Oversight of tasks “outsourced” to TEO, Data Quality, HR L&D;

    Supervision and coaching of less experienced team members of the team.

Let's talk about you. If  …

    You hold a Bachelor's degree, DUT, BTS or Licence;

    You have strong analytical skills and are figures oriented (excellent excel skills is a must, knowledge of Alteryx or another analytics platform is a real asset);

    You have excellent written and spoken language skills in English;

    You can manage priorities and are able to suggest improvements and solutions;

    You are open-minded, curious and proactive;

    You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills;

    The knowledge of the professional qualification context and financial work environment would be a strong asset.
