Senior Associate - Domestic and International Outbound - Corporate Tax - Tax

As a Senior Associate in the Corporate Tax group, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working on a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop into the management of your own portfolio.

Advise clients on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross border expansion, financing, tax audits etc.

Co-ordinate advice from foreign offices on cross-border matters

Embracing the digital transformation being undertaken in our business. Being motivated to familiarise yourself with these evolutions and to drive these technologies further in our day-to-day business and that of our clients.

Assisting in the ongoing management of client relationships, business development and participating in various consultancy projects.
