A great entry level role (or a more senor role if you already have financial services experience!) working for a global organisation with two offices in Dublin. Your role will be to process new business applications within set procedures and following existing processes. Communicating with internal and external parties regarding missing and incomplete application information. Working to service level agreements and KPIs you will also ensure that you: • Accurately process the new business applications • Ensure relevant information is passed to appropriate teams or issued in correct manner • Ensure the correct delivery and retention of appropriate documentation and correspondence • Keep up to date with business knowledge to ensure good service to customer, both internal and external • Meet Departmental and Personal Targets set by manager • Prioritise work appropriately and adjust plans as work situations change • Maintain and implement personal development plans in partnership with immediate manager • Complete performance management documentation in line with agreed time-scales and in liaison with line manager • Deal with customer data ethically and in accordance with FCA requirements • Update Excel spreadsheets and record stats if required • Identify potential complaints/non-standard work and pass to appropriate area/person • Process emails received by department if appropriate • To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed What are we looking for? • General Organisational and business skills • Awareness of Departments service level agreements for completing admin functions • Basic typing and processing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Customer service skills including a good understanding of customer’s needs • Ability to receive feedback in a constructive manner • Can contribute good working atmosphere within own team and dealing with customers • Proven competence in mathematical skills Initially a 12 month contract these are great roles to get stuck into and learn all about the wealth management and insurance industry whilst gaining good exposure within a global organisation - including all the employee benefits that come with that!
