Senior Administrative Specialist (Finance Department)

Replacement for maternity leave period

Work tasks: • Performing relevant duties of a data entry agent of payment requests;

• Contributing to the assembling of payment files, coordination and management of financial document flows;

• Contributing to the preparation of documents for external and internal audits;

• Filing and archiving of documentation;

• Assistance in preparation of VAT exemption certificates and contributing to the processing of VAT refund requests to the fiscal authorities;

• Supporting the Agency’s asset management (Excel skills required).

Other requirements: • A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma;

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in administration or human resources or finance or communications or event management;

• Experience in the field of administrative work, ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment;

• Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;

• Proven strong level of personal integrity;

• Supportive and helpful personality, with co-operative and service oriented attitude;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to cooperate smoothly in a multicultural environment;

• Estonian language knowledge is considered as an asset.
