We are currently recruiting a Senior Accountant to join an international group based in Luxembourg City.

The Responsibilities :

    Manage day-to-day administration, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation for various Luxembourg SPVs and funds.

    Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including NAV calculations as necessary.

    Engage with clients, client advisors, investors, auditors (handling audit queries), and third parties.

    Coordinate investor services, including onboarding and transactions.

    Interpret and incorporate transactional legal documents into financial records.

    Assist in scheduling and organizing board and shareholders' meetings. • Prepare VAT and tax returns.

    Compile periodic CSSF/BCL reports and other fund-related documentation.

    Support in preparing consolidated accounts when required. • Undertake assigned projects and initiatives from direct Manager.

    Share knowledge and expertise with team members.

    Mentor and review the work of colleagues.

    Serve as a role model for new team members, offering training and guidance.

The profile :

    Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, Economics, or a related field (Professional certifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA would be advantageous).

    Minimum 3 years of pertinent experience in domiciliation and alternative investment fund administration or within audit firms.

    Proficient in LUXGAAP accounting principles

    Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German would be advantageous.

    Demonstrated responsiveness and client-centric approach with exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
