Seasonal Office Assistant Winter 2024/2025, Arctic GM Experiences OY, Rovaniemi

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized office assistant to join our team in Rovaniemi for the winter season 2024/2025.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in scheduling

- Equipment & supplies arrangements

- Greeting guests and provide support

- Maintaining the office condition and layout

- Assist in office operations and procedures

- Providing support to team members

- Plan in-house or off-site activities for team building

- Errands

- Shopping

- Other

The qualities we look for in a person:

- Assist in creating a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of

organizational effectiveness, communication and safety

- Be able to assist in the smooth running of the office

- Be able to accurately handle administrative duties

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize

work

We are only considering applications with the following requirements:

- Driving license permit (B) valid in Finland

- Existing permit to work in the Schengen Area

- Previous work experience within the same industry (with references)

- Strong english language skills

Salary is based on experience and exceeds the tourism industry market average. This seasonal position begins in October 2024. If you are a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for excellence, we would love to hear from you.
