Seasonal Dispatch Clerk. Irlanda

Company Description:

ISM Recruitment are currently looking for Dispatch Clerk for our client, a well-known and leading global provider of airline catering solution based in Dublin Airport.

Job Description

•    Attending aircraft where required and sign off flights with airline personnel.

•    Retrieving PAX Loading sheets from the customers website & uploading on the clients own system daily + running reports.

•    Printing off flight delivery dockets.

•    Liaising with customer services on a regular basis.

•    General office admin & also carrying out any other duties required within the shift.

•    Must comply with the H&S food safety guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

•    Must have good standard of written and spoken English

•    Must have basic math skills, as a complete count of meals is required

•    Must be highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

•    Must have the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to make good and independent decisions.

•    Must have basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

•    Must be able to work varies shifts, weekends and bank holidays - 5 days over 7.

•    Must be able to lift equipment with a max weight of 17kg

•    Must be able to work in varies temperatures, as checking of flights is conducted in a holding fridge.

•    Must be able to work at heights.

•    Due to the early start times of either 05.00am or 07.30am you must have a means of transport to attend work as rostered.

•    Must be able to supply 5 year written reference with no gaps more than 28 days and garda vetting

Salary and Benefits:

•    €14.80 p/h

•    Over Time Paid after 39.00 hours

•    Unsociable Hours Payment

•    Sunday Pay Rate

Hours of Work:

•    Various Shift Patterns which will include weekends (Not every weekend) all depending on the flight schedules for each airline.

•    5/7 Roster
