Scrum Master with ADO Proficiency. Østjylland. Dinamarca

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with ADO Proficiency for our client in Pharma industry. You will join a small team of 10 persons covering UX, architecture, analysis and development. The job requires interaction with the entire team.

Location: Greater Copenhagen area - notice, this is only 20 hours a week.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• A strong proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Preferably knowledge about SAP success factors
• Expansive knowledge of ADO and insight to SAP BTP extension development
• Possess a strong technical background, enabling effective communication and problem-solving within the development team
• Valid EU work permit making you able to work right away
• Able to work 20 hours a week
• Strong English skills, both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Act as a servant leader for the Agile team, facilitating and guiding the team in Agile practices, ceremonies, and principles
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage, track, and report on project progress, ensuring optimal utilization of ADO features for backlog management, sprint planning, and release management
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance Agile processes and methodologies, striving for continuous improvement and efficiency gains
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues, working with the team to develop mitigation strategies and ensure project delivery remains on track
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, impediments, and achievements
