We are looking for an expert as :

SAP PM Maintenance Coordinator (M/W/D)

Ready to join us in Switzerland to take up new challenges together!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

- Creation of functional locations

- Creating maintenance plans according to SOP specifications for functional locations

- Scheduling maintenance plans

- Triggering orders in SAP PM

- Reorder material in SAP in the event of a defect

- Manage material reserve

- Create and define B-tests and Z-tests on CMX Beamex

- Material search in SAP

- Open and manage PKs (project account)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Good experience with SAP PM

- 3-4 years of experience in maintenance or instrumentation within the parma, biotech, or chemical industry

- Ability to work independently and to take initiative. Life-long learning mindset and strong sense of accountability.

- Should actively seek for technical solutions to improve quality and productivity.

- Proficient in German
