As a Front of the House Supervisor, you will play an important role ensuring great customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
• Organization of the shops during opening hours
• Scheduling – together with Shop Managers - to ensure to improve the guests experience
• Streamlining front of the house processes to ensure efficiency
• Handling customer complaints
• Assisting Shops Manager on their day-to-day operations

We’re looking for a person with:

• Understanding of how the food service industry works
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to create positive relationships

The Front of the House Supervisor will split their time between service and administrative tasks depending on the weekly needs of the company – flexibility is required. However, the service part of the role is the primary.

Full-time position: 37h/week
