Part-time position available with GTM Social Enterprises- Bounce Back Recycling/Upcycling

The aim of the GTM Social Enterprises is to provide employment opportunities to members of the Traveller community through mattress and furniture recycling & upcycling activities. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales & growth within the recycling and upcycling sector in Ireland.  This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and strategically expanding the company’s market presence.  The ideal candidate will need a deep understanding of the commercial sales industry, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Main responsibility and activities:

•    Assist in winning new contracts and retaining existing contracts.

•    Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans.

•    Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

•    Proactively generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, online platforms and referrals.

•    Prepare sales documents, tender responses, proposals, presentations, brochures, etc.

•    Maintain an organised and accurate record of leads, opportunities and interactions.

•    Strong sales experience with the ability to develop the business and meet targets.

•    Strong communication and influencing skills.

•    Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

•    Comfortable working in a high pressured, fast paced environment.

•    Confident and professional individual.

•    A proactive, positive and results focused mindset.
