Position Summary The EMEA Sales Project Leader – Business Analyst is responsible for the identification, qualification and execution of a robust market analysis and segmentation that identifies the vertical market segments to identify new sales opportunities to achieve the company’s overall objectives for regional growth.

The Sales Project Leader – Business analyst will build a blueprint for the development of markets in terms of regions and Verticals that are available in a certain country and will help to establish a database to be able to segment customer in terms of potentials, acquisitions and penetration and identify customer processes to ensure a customer communication and market penetration by Marketing and Sales.

The Project Leader will be responsible to develop Go-to-Market strategies that are used as decision base for future development.

This role is a central/key role in terms of Strategy and Planning to allow focus on valuable markets for the company.

This role will support the day-to-day performance evaluation and optimization of all sales and marketing lead sources and all stages of the sales funnel and includes working in close partnership with the regional sales leader, global marketing team, and other regional managers.

Key Responsibilities Market Segmentation • Analyze current and future market segments o Based on the existing company’s segmentation identify the right sources to expand market knowledge by focusing on qualifying and adding required information per market segment in CRM that allows sales and marketing to focus on the primary account targets • Identify Local Marketing Campaigns o Identify opportunities to develop local campaigns based on market segmentations and focus customers o Partner with the global strategy team to identify customers and markets which are underdeveloped or not focused o Develop a Go-to-Market model that combines the ability to scale sales teams to cover focus accounts plus allow the market penetration by key partners in each segment o Based on the market segmentation development in conjunction with Marketing and Sales campaigns that will drive to focus on core markets based on the analysis o Track each market for best practice sharing or improvement as necessary Market Visibility • Own and build exhaustive database of addressable market for the Region o Develop and evolve a view of total market size for the region and major countries, by priority vertical o Create exhaustive database of addressable market for the region, leveraging both internal and external sources of data to close the gaps o Aggressively drive to complete each customer/prospect profile to maximize opportunities for data-driven, relevant marketing o Manage a data maintenance process to improve and refresh the database Relationship Management • Key partner to Global and Regional Sales and Marketing teams o Contribute to annual planning process o Inform definition of campaign priorities and content o Support initiatives by building awareness and engagement of local teams for specific verticals o Support local exhibitions and tradeshows Required Experience and Skills • University degree in Economics, Marketing Business or similar • 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales in a direct B2B industrial, print, or packaging market • Experience in marketing, customer service, customer relationship management or market research.

Must have strong analytical skills in addition to knowledge of analytical or database software, particularly CRM or business intelligence systems • Demonstrated success in driving independently programs using a metric-driven approach and a mindset of continuous improvement • Proven ability to create successful content and market data beyond product collaterals • General understanding of markets segmentation and data management • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
