Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Duties and Responsibilities

- In-time processing of customer purchase orders

- Preparation and forwarding of order confirmations, proforma invoices, delivery notes, entry certificates, packing lists and invoices to our customers and logistics partners as well as the intercompany purchase orders and PO report to our head office

- Order related coordination and communication with our customers, head office, internal teams and logistics partners

- Customer data, product and price maintenance in our ERP

- Remind the relevant customers to return the signed entry certificates

- Check and provide the POD if requested by a customer

- Archiving of purchase orders in our DMS and other documents to our SharePoint

- Assisting with our local stocking and stock-taking activities

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Professional experience in the relevant field desirable

- Diligence as well as independent and structured way of working

- Committed communication and hands-on mentality

- Enthusiasm and ability to work in a team

- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
